how much world do you need? title image

So where did you go when I threw you away?
The universe split into two on that day,
The you in the one half and I in the part
That was formed by the shape of my lack of a heart.

I know that shape well. My old stamping-ground.
The world where you never can ever be found.
How much world do you need for your absence from me?
How much space do you need in my heart not to be?

I lost half the world when I threw you away;
I lost my own half on that same crazy day.
So now it’s all yours. You’re the space in my space.
How much world do you need for your lack of a face?
